Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid subscriptions to EzeeBzee, operated by AgileWaters LLC.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings.
  • On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • After that period your account automatically moves to the Free plan — your data is retained.

Refunds

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable.
  • If you were charged in error or experienced a verifiable billing issue, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.

Email support@ezeebzee.com with your registered account email and the payment reference. We will respond within 3 business days.
